One Rainy Christmas
I never thought that I would find myself writing this article, especially on a Christmas day. We can say that rain must have the power to influence our thoughts.
There was a warning about a Typhoon named Ursula which fell on Northern Cebu late Tuesday night. I hope everyone is all fine, especially those who are living in the northern part of Cebu where the typhoon hits. It is raining moderately here in Lapu-Lapu City. The sky is a bit dark and gloomy but I guess being able to spend Christmas with your family is a great blessing despite the weather.
Preparation and Activities
We celebrated our Christmas with a small dinner, foods like spaghetti, salad, and the like, and had also exchanged gifts with our siblings. Most of us had slept early, though, on Christmas eve might be because they were also tired from preparing a lot of things from getting excited. Although it’s different from previous years where loud noises were coming from fireworks, Christmas caroling, and comedic singing tunes from our drunk neighbor but today, it’s different. People nowadays are more refrain. I guess we’re all just getting older from doing those.
Anyways, here is a picture of the gift I received from my sister, yey! Got to be lucky.

Yep, you’ve read it right. It’s from the Starbucks. Coffee with their new planner for the year 2020. I don’t drink coffee that much since I have a very sensitive tummy but it’s always been the exception of Starbucks. I can tolerate it. I don’t know but I love their coffee…. and I love this planner. Thanks, sis! :-*
